% 23.05.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall apply afresh against the vacant seats with the respondent-School under EWS category.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1-School states that in the event the petitioner applies afresh, the petitioner's application shall be considered in accordance with the law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh to the respondent no.1School. In the event such an application is filed within a period of one week, the respondent no.1-School is directed to decide the same within a further period of three weeks.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
