W.P.(CRL) 1835/2018 & Crl.M.A. 11326/2018 (Direction) The application Crl.M.A. No.11326/2018 has been filed with the prayer that the police is visiting in routine at his residence under the garb of pendency of some complaint which is causing damage to the reputation of the petitioner and his family members. Learned ASC for the State submits that some complaint was filed against the petitioner by the opposite party but it has been ensured that the action would be taken in accordance with law. Consequently, the petition as well as application are disposed of.
