Although bailable warrants have been issued against Mr. Harjeet Gurdev Singh Walia, Ex-CEO of the respondent company, the report is awaited.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner/M/s Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. today.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator (OL) has drawn the attention of this Court to the previous order dated 22.08.2023, whereby this Court observed that Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. was the secured creditor in respect of the trucks belonging to the company (in liquidation) and that they were supposed to account for the trucks.

winding up proceedings, there is no point in proceeding further with it.

Accordingly, the OL is discharged. The OL shall be entitled to get reimbursement or recover the entire amount of liquidation expenses from the petitioner/M/s Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. 6.

The petition is dismissed and proceedings are closed accordingly.
