Learned counsel for the petitioner urges to permit him to raise all issues in this petition before the Trial Court. He further prays for directions expeditious disposal of the petitions pending before the courts dealing with proceedings under Domestic Violence Act as well as before Guardian Court.

To this, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to raise all issues in the petition before the Trial Court. CRL.M.C. 1257/2015

The courts dealing with the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act as well as Guardian Court shall endeavour to decide the petitions pending before them expeditiously.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

With the above directions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of. 7.
