29.11.2018 % The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 1.

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 104/2011 under Sections 323/324/34 of the Indian Penal Code,

1860 (IPC), registered with Police Station Sadar Bazar, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

2. Petitioners and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that they have settled the matter on their own free will, without any force or coercion.

The Investigating Officer present in the Court identified the 3.

petitioners as well as the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and verified about the settlement and stated that the petitioners do not have any criminal history or any other case pending against them.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties as well as the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and in the interest of justice and to maintain peace and harmony in the society, this Court deems it appropriate to quash the aforesaid FIR and proceedings emanating therefrom, subject to the condition that each of the petitioners shall deposit Rs.5,000/- with the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre within 10 days. Copy of the receipts of the deposits thereof shall be filed in the Registry within 2 weeks. A copy of the receipts of the deposits shall also be provided to the learned APP for the State through Investigating Officer. All the thee petitions are disposed of in the above terms. 5.
