% 11.09.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Complaint Case No.2288/1/2013, titled "Hari Dev Goyal vs. Religare Securities Ltd. & Ors." and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. Mr. Sanjeev Puri, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. Counsel for the respondent No. 2/complainant on instructions from the Legal Heir, Mr. Tushar Goyal s/o Dr. Haridev Goyal has submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. He has further submitted that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Complaint Case No.2288/1/2013 and prays that the summoning order dated 17.07.2014 passed in Complaint Case No.2288/1/2013 may be quashed. Looking into the above facts and circumstances since the matter has

been amicably settled between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated further and in view of the submissions made by Mr. Tushar Goyal, legal heir that he has got no objection if the summoning order dated 17.07.2014 is quashed, consequently, I deem it appropriate to quash the summoning order dated 17.07.2014 in CC No. 2288/1/2013 titled "Hari Dev Goyal Vs. Religare Securities Ltd. & Ors." and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 RV
