% 27.08.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that the Supreme Court is seized of the entire issue pertaining to the respondent company and its group in W.P.(C) 940/2017. He further submits that in various orders, the Supreme Court has frozen the bank accounts of the company and the accounts of its directors.

Keeping in view the fact that the Supreme Court is seized with the issue pertaining to the respondent company, no further purpose would be served by keeping the petition pending. Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, in case, any issue survives after disposal of the petition by the Supreme Court, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application seeking revival of the present petition. All the pending applications, if any, is also disposed of.
