The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(a) Issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, to initiate steps to demolish & prevent unauthorized construction of multi-story buildings at D-10, Bharat Vihar, Kakrola, and Bl/21, Bharat Vihar and Unauthorized Construction around the colony of applicant and all the blocks of Bharat Bihar, Shyam Vihar, Old Palam Road, Siwani Enclave, Patel Garden, Suraj Vihar, HariVihar, Chandra Park, Shiv Park, Mohit Nagar and various colonies around those areas, and (b) Issue an appropriate Writ Directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to provide proper assistance to respondent no. 1 in performing/executing the duties/Obligations assigned by law."

The petitioner has along with the present petition enclosed
photographs (11 in number) indicating the properties that are currently under construction. It is alleged that the said construction is without the necessary approvals 3.
In view of the above, respondent no. 2 (SDMC) and respondent no.3 (Deputy Commissioner, Najafgarh Zone) shall forthwith take steps to ensure that no unauthorized construction is permitted to be raised.
The Commissioner, SDMC shall ensure that the properties, photographs of which have been filed along with the petition, are inspected forthwith. If the necessary permissions for raising such constructions have not been granted or the buildings being raised are in excess of such permission, the Commissioner, SDMC shall ensure that the necessary action for demolition of the said properties is taken within a period of three weeks from today. 4.
SDMC shall also file a compliance report within a period of four weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 6.
