% 26.05.2016 Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the official respondent states that there is no representation for parole filed on behalf of present petitioner pending consideration before the Competent Authority. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that a representation for parole on the grounds enumerated in the present petition shall be presented to the Competent Authority within a period of two days from today.

In view of the backdrop, in which the present petition has been filed, the Competent Authority is requested to dispose of the proposed representation to be filed on behalf of the petitioner, within a period of fifteen working days thereafter, in accordance with law under the intimation to the petitioner. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
