% 27.03.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal an unauthorized construction being carried out in Plot No.21, Block-C, Okhla, Vihar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. His submission is that he has made a representation dated 15.3.2017. Besides the fact that the representation (dated 15.3.2017) was filed just about 10 days ago this Court further notes that this representation has been made to the police and not to the Corporation. The property number described in it is C-16, (falls under Khasra No.189), Khautoni No.31, Village Okhla. The property number in the petition as noted supra is different.
