% 10.01.2019 Prima facie, a reading of paras 5 & 6 of this writ petition indicates that it is predicated on certain observations, contained in the judgment dated 7th February, 2012 in W. P. (C) 13553/2009. The said judgment was reviewed on 8th December, 2017, and it appears that the directions, on which the writ petition places reliance, stand deleted form the said judgment.

Mr. Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who seeks a short adjournment, is also directed to take instructions on whether this matter would survive for consideration in view of the above.
