% 18.03.2016 This is a suit for declaration and injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Green Park which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that some other suit wherein suit property is same, is posted for 28.04.2016 before the concerned District Judge, and hence requests the present case also be posted for the same date. . In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 28.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
