% 02.11.2016 I.A. 13561/2016 This is an application filed by plaintiff seeking refund of court fee. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that since the parties had arrived at an amicable settlement, the present suit was dismissed as withdrawn on 3.5.2016. Counsel further submits that the present suit was settled between the parties at the initial stage and, thus, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the court fee.

Heard. Having regard to the submissions made, the present application is allowed. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee. Let an appropriate certificate be issued to the plaintiff.

Application stands disposed of.
