% 06.06.2018 After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner submits that the only limited prayer which he seeks in this writ petition is that the Respondent ought not to create any obstruction in the removal of the plant and machinery of the Petitioner which are on site. Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that his client would not create any hindrance in the removal of the Petitioner's plant and machinery from the site. Parties are relegated to their remedies insofar as the contractual disputes are concerned, including the challenge, if any, to the termination.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits in this matter. The petition and all application stands disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
