The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have resolved their disputes. The petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of ₹2,65,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Sixty Five Lakhs) as of today. This amount would be paid within a period of six months from today. The said
amount will carry an interest at the rate of 9% p.a on a reducing balance basis. The learned counsel appearing for the parties request that the petitions be disposed of in view of the above settlement. 2.
In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are required to be passed in these petitions except to clarify that if the payment is made, as stated above, the impugned award will not be enforced. 3.
The petitions are disposed of.
