The appellant has remained unrepresented since 18.12.2025, and the appeal was taken up for consideration in the category of 'Regular Matters'. On the next date, i.e., 08.01.2026, noticing the absence of the parties as well as their counsels, court notice was directed to be issued to the learned counsels for the parties. Again, on the next date, i.e., 27.02.2026, the Court noted that, as per the office report, both counsels stood served, however, none appeared for either of the parties, and in this backdrop, default notice was directed to be issued to the parties concerned. 2.

As per the office report, notice to the appellant as well as the respondents stands served. The respondents are represented through their counsel, Mr. Ashutosh Rana, Advocate for respondent No. 1, however, none appears for the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
