% 11.09.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents/NDMC submits that the respondents would have no objection in releasing the goods seized belonging to the petitioners, subject to the petitioners' complying with all formalities including furnishing an undertaking(s) as prescribed by the NDMC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would have no objection in complying with all the formalities in accordance with law and without prejudice to their legal rights.

In view of the stand taken by the respondents, let the petitioners approach the NDMC within three days. The goods shall be released, on issuance of proper receipt, within one week thereafter, subject to the petitioners' complying with all the formalities.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. Dasti.
