O R D E R

% 19.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a special leave petition and re-establish social ties. A status report has been filed verifying the address of the petitioner where his family comprising of his mother and sisters are residing as D-40, Bhagat Singh Parik, Near Kaptan Chowk, Village Siraspur, Delhi. As per the nominal roll the appellant has undergone more than two and a half years imprisonment including remissions out of the seven years awarded. Considering the facts noted above this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal W.P.(CRL) 1914/2018

bond in the sum of ₹25,000 with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
