The application stands disposed of.

CRL.REV.P. 538/2018 Counsel for the petitioner has moved the present revision petition whereby he seeks mercy prayer on the ground that he has only one witness, namely, Shubham Rana in defence. His defence is already closed vide order dated 01.06.2018 and thereafter the matter was fixed for 05.06.2018 and now it is fixed for 08.06.2018.

Counsel for the applicant states at the Bar that he will produce the witness tomorrow i.e. on 7.6.2018 in the Court for his examination and does not want that in any manner the date fixed for the argument may be affected and would like to address the arguments on 08.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances mentioned above, the petitioner/ accused is permitted to produce the witness tomorrow i.e. 07.06.2018 in the Court and get him examined. However, it is made clear that the date fixed for final arguments i.e. 08.06.2018 shall not be affected and the arguments shall be heard on 08.06.2018.

The order passed above is at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner/accused.

The petition is disposed of.

A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
