% 12.07.2018 The petitioner has been granted parole on the condition that he shall furnish one surety of Rs.4,000/- alongwith the personal bond. He seeks that the said condition be modified to deposit the said amount of Rs.4,000/-in cash alongwith and a personal bond. The request is reasonable. It is allowed. Accordingly, clause 1 of the parole conditions is modified to the extent that, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.4,000/- as surety amount alongwith a personal bond. The other conditions of the order dated 22.01.2018 granting parole remain unaltered.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
