CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI

O R D E R

% 06.06.2018 The present petition has been moved for extension of parole. Vide order dated 04.05.2018 the petitioner was granted parole for four weeks on the ground that his mother is ill and now the present application has been moved for extension of parole. On the other hand, in the status report filed it has been mentioned that the mother of the petitioner who was earlier admitted in the hospital has already been discharged on 30.05.2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he needs to take care of his mother. This Court is of the view that the petitioner was urgently required for the purpose of taking care of his ailing mother when she was admitted in the hospital and since she has already been

discharged from the hospital, no ground is made out for extension of parole.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
