% 08.06.2018 Crl.M.A. 11356/2018 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. 1380/2018 During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by the APP that the NBWs have already been issued against the petitioner by the court below for 6th July, 2018.

In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application to first approach the court below for cancellation of the NBW. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied by the order passed by the court below, he would be at the liberty to move a fresh application.
