O R D E R

% 28.03.2016 Having regard to the orders passed today, in CA 897/2015 in CP 112/2012, Mr. Chaudhary says that the captioned petition can be disposed of, with imposition of fine on Mr. Deepak Mehrotra / accused no.1. Accused no.2, in any case, according to Mr. Chaudhary, is not traceable.

Accordingly, the captioned petition is disposed of, with a direction that Mr. Deepak Mehrotra / accused no.1 would deposit a fine of Rs.5,000/- with the Official Liquidator (OL), within ten days from today, whereupon, the Registry will send an intimation to the concerned branch of the IDBI Bank that the endorsement made on FDR no. 0632106000036555, dated 11.03.2015, in the sum of Rs.5,000/-, stands removed. The Registry upon due intimation by the O.L. that fine imposed has been deposited with him, will hand over the FDR to Mr. Deepak Mehrotra / accused no.1.

CRL.O.(CO.) 11/2013

The personal bond furnished by Mr. Deepak Mehrotra / accused no.1 shall stand discharged accordingly.
