% 06.06.2018 Mr. Lao submits that there was a complaint filed by the father of the petitioner No.1 about the missing of the girl and they wanted her custody.

It has been further submitted that no FIR has been lodged against the accused and there is no question of any harassment. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that they are receiving threats and require police protection. They are at liberty to approach the DCP straightaway if the local police is not cooperating.
