O R D E R

% 02.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role of stabbing is not assigned to the petitioner. Injured has already been discharged from the hospital. Petitioner is in jail for the past two months. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that petitioner be released from the jail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
