1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the refund amount has been received after adjustment of the demand dated 25th March, 2015 of the 4th Quarter of 2013-14. As regards the interest amount, the calculation by the Department is being disputed by the Petitioner.

2. The Petitioner will appear before the concerned VATO at 11 a.m. on 5th May, 2017 and place his case as regards the interest amount. A reasoned order thereon shall be passed by the VATO within ten days thereafter. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
