O R D E R
% 07.09.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0062/16 under Sections 354(A)/354(B)/506 IPC registered at Police Station Lodhi Colony. Subsequently, Sections 354/323/506/328/376 IPC were added. Status report is on record. (2) By an order dated 24.05.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.
Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then.

(3) Response has not yet been filed by the complainant.
Complainant's only apprehension is that the petitioner should not contact and intimidate her in any manner.
(4) The petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other since long. Initially, there were no allegations of commission of rape. It is alleged that there were love affairs between the two for the last four years and they got married on 7.12.2015. The instant FIR was lodged by the complainant at the behest of her previous husband. Cross-case by FIR No.118/2013 PS Sarai Rohilla has been registered against the complainant's ex-husband on the petitioner's complaint. (5) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.
The petitioner shall not contact the prosecutrix and shall not criminally intimidate her in any manner. He shall not visit her office to contact her. (6) The bail application stands disposed of.
