W.P.(CRL) 1847/2018 By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of engagement of his daughter fixed for 19.06.2018. Learned counsel for the State has handed over a status report which is taken on record, as per which an enquiry was conducted and the factum of engagement of the daughter of the petitioner could not be verified as neither exact address nor any contact number of Suhail with whom the engagement of daughter of the petitioner is fixed was furnished. An affidavit has been filed today in Court by the perokar of the petitioner mentioning the details of Suhail with whom engagement of the daughter of the petitioner is fixed giving the residential address.

It is submitted that while granting parole, a condition has been imposed on the petitioner that he shall be released only after the surrender by the other co-accused which condition is beyond the control of the petitioner.

Heard.

This condition is waived of and the petitioner is granted parole for a period of two weeks from today on furnishing of a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. Copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent.

Petition disposed of.
