The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (Ms Harpreet Kaur) undertakes to this Court that the petitioner shall vacate the premises in question on or before 10.10.2018. The said statement is taken on record. It is clarified that in the event the petitioner does not vacate the said premises, the concerned authorities shall take necessary steps to enforce the order impugned in the present petition.

Insofar as the petitioner's application for directing maintenance to be paid is concerned, the said issue is not a subject matter of the present petition. Further, this Court is informed that the petitioner has already taken

steps for enforcing the order of the Mahila Court for recovering the maintenance awarded to the petitioner.
