% 07.03.2019 The matter has been settled between the parties. The petitioners hence are directed to vacate the premises on or before 30th November, 2019 and to pay to the respondents a sum of 1,15,000/- per month as user/occupation charges till such period. Payment shall be made on or before 22nd of each calendar month. The water and electricity charges be paid as per actuals. The usual undertaking to this effect shall be filed by the petitioners within four weeks from today. Any default in the payment of user/occupation charges shall entail eviction forthwith.

The petition along with pending application, if any, stands disposed of in terms of above.
