Pursuant to the order dated 23rd May, 2016, learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtained instructions from the department that they are willing to attach the petitioner with the ADG (Medical) Referral Hospital, ITBP at Tigri camp, New Delhi. However, the said tenure shall be valid during the leave vacancy of Smt. Poonam Ahuja, as already recorded in the order dated 7th September, 2015, passed in W.P.(C) 6286/2015. He submits that the Attachment Order in respect of W.P.(C) 4721/2016

the petitioner shall be issued within one week from today. 2.

In view of aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of. 3.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master to counsel for the respondents.
