This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the compromise agreement entered into between the petitioners and the respondent be taken on record and the petition be disposed of. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition, as the disputes between the petitioners and the respondent have been settled. 4.
