By this petition, petitioner seeks parole to maintain social ties. 2.

Latest nominal roll has been handed over which is taken on record. 3.

As per the nominal roll, presently the petitioner is on furlough for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 5th October, 2018. 4.

Thus this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties. 5.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner, through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
