% 10.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 1st May, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole on the ground aforesaid was dismissed.
Learned Standing Counsel for the State has handed over the latest nominal roll of the petitioner as per which the petitioner is presently out on furlough for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 22nd December, 2018. A perusal of the nominal roll also reveals that after the last rejection dated 1st May, 2018 the petitioner was granted one more furlough by this Court w.e.f. 29th August, 2018. Thus this Court does not find any ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
