% 05.12.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole to maintain social ties. A status report has been filed. As per the status report, brother of the petitioner along with his family is residing at 10/18, Shakti Nagar, Delhi. As per the nominal roll, petitioner has been granted parole for a period of four weeks in the year 2016 and 2017 and there is no allegation that he misused the said concession.
Considering that the petitioner's brother along with his family is residing in Delhi and also the nominal roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Tihar Jail. Petition is disposed of.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
