O R D E R
% 30.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have complied with the order dated 7.08.2015 and our attention was drawn to the subsequent order passed by them on 21.01.2016. She submits that the Tribunal is however, not accepting the stand of the petitioner and our attention is drawn to the order dated 21.04.2016 in Contempt Petition No. 779 of 2015. Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said order read as under:
"4. However, on perusal of the aforesaid orders, coupled with the submissions made in their counter, prima facie, it cannot be said that they have fully complied with the orders of this Tribunal.
5. At the request of respondents' counsel, for reporting full compliance, list the CP again on 31.05.2016. The respondents' counsel shall file the
promotion list of SIs for the year 2007 also before the next date of hearing."

As per paragraph 5, the Tribunal after hearing the submissions it appears has formed a prima facie opinion. It is open to the petitioner to raise and express their contention before the Tribunal. 3.
We clarify that in case of final adverse order, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court or take appropriate steps. Making the aforesaid observations we dispose of the present writ petition.
