% 20.09.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents. The only prayer made by the petitioners in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.2/Land Acquisition Collector to make a reference under Sections 30/31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge for determining the apportionment of compensation in respect of the land comprising in Khasra No. 66/19 (3-6) and 66/12 (4-16) situated in village Bawana, New Delhi which was acquired by the Award No. 19/2005-06/DC/NW. The application for reference has been pending with the Land Acquisition Collector. Consequently, we direct the Land Acquisition Collector to dispose of the said application within a period of four weeks in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of.
