At the outset, learned APP for the State has handed over a copy of the status report under the signatures of the SHO PS Sultanpuri, Delhi verifying the factum of death of the appellant. The status report is also accompanied with the death certification of the appellant wherein it has been noted that the appellant has died on 18.09.2019. The status report is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in the present appeal stands abated.
