Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.239/2018 under Sections 376/506 of the IPC at Police Station Karol Bagh. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Juvenile Justice Board under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act as the petitioner claims to be a minor.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. It is directed that the interim protection granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.06.2018 shall continue for a period of two weeks from today. 4.
