% 17.12.2018 Petitioners' counsel on instructions seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition and pending applications, with permission to approach the concerned Assistant Labour Commissioner to seek redressal of grievance made herein. Respondents' counsel has no objection to it. At this stage, petitioners' counsel submits that he will be filing the requisite application within a week.

In view of above, this petition and applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioners to file application before Assistant Labour Commissioner within a week. It is expected that the concerned Assistant Labour Commissioner shall consider the said application effectively and pass a speaking order thereon, preferably Page | 1

within a period of twelve weeks or so.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
