% 05.07.2018 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, in view of the circumstance that the final date of granting approval being 30.04.2018 has since passed, without grant of approval to the petitioner institution, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the AICTE to consider the petitioner's application for the next academic year, when made, as expeditiously as possible, and bearing in mind the reports in relation to the inspections carried out in the current academic session and the deficiencies noticed therein.

The above direction has been issued in view of the regulations

of 2016 which have been promulgated on 30.11.2016, in relation to the AICTE.
