This court on 16.5.2018 has passed a decree in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant No.1 described as Brightstar Telecommunications India Limited whereas actually defendant No.1 is The Mobile Store Services Limited.

It is manifest that there is a typographical error in paragraph 16 of the order dated 16.5.2018. Paragraph 16 shall accordingly read that the decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant No.1 The Mobile Store Services Limited.
