O R D E R

% 20.06.2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in case FIR No. 366 of 2018. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation on 10th June, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has roots in the society and there is no likelihood of his absconding. He further submits that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called for by the respondent. He submits that the co-accused (the father of the petitioner) has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 06.06.2018.

In view of the submissions made, it is directed that in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on the petitioner furnishing personal security bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer and shall not make any contract with the complainant and/or hamper with the investigation.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
