% 24.09.2019 I.A. No.13270/2019 u/O XIII R 9 r/w Section 151 CPC moved by petitioners for return of original documents Through the captioned IA, petitioners are seeking to return all original documents mentioned at page 1 to 50 filed vide Index dated 01.09.2017 on 05.09.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to appear for and on behalf of all the three petitioners. Petitioner no.1 has also filed his affidavit in support of the captioned IA asserting that he has moved the captioned IA for and on behalf of all the other petitioners as well.

The matter has already been disposed of by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.04.2018.

In view of above, the captioned IA stands allowed to the extent that the original documents be released to learned counsel for the petitioners/petitioner no.1 for and on behalf of all the three petitioners, subject to placing on record the certified copies (of original documents sought to be returned) after due verification.
