By this petition the petitioners seeks directions to the respondent to verify the email, SMS and facebook text and to register FIR after recording the third statement of the petitioner/complainant. 2.

Grievance of the petitioner No. 1 is that the petitioner No.1 was in a friendship with one Suman Kumar Dasgupta who had assured to marry the petitioner No.1. It is the case of the petitioner No.1 that Suman Kumar Dasgupta used to extract money from the petitioner No.1 and thus she has been cheated to the tune of ₹8.25 lakhs.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report on the complaint filed by the petitioner with the concerned SHO an inquiry was conduct and it was found that the dispute between the parties was civil in nature relating to money transaction. W.P.(CRL) 1860/2018

The petitioner is present in person before this Court and states that she has not given complete facts to the police. She states that she would disclose complete facts later on.

When the complaint is filed it should disclose facts which disclose the ingredients of an offence and fact cannot be kept back. Be that as it may, the petitioner has an alternate remedy available to her, that is, of filing a complaint before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. 6.

Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Crl. M.A. No.12411/2018 (directions) Dismissed as infructuous.
