O R D E R

% 22.06.2018 This is a petition filed by the petitioner inter alia praying for the following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, most respectively prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate directions to the respondent no.1/police to protect the property/land admeasuring about 800 sq. yard falling in Khasra No.317, Village Khichripur, Delhi-110091 from the respondent no.2 & 3 and other encroachers."

A status report has been filed by the SHO, Kalyanpuri, East District, Delhi which inter alia suggests that there is a dispute between the petitioner on one hand and respondent nos.2 and 3 on the other with respect to the identity of the land as to whether it falls under Khasra No.317, Village Khicripur, Delhi or in Khasra No.310 of the said Village. Cross FIRs have also been filed by the parties against each other. Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that

action has been taken under Section 107/150 Cr.P.C. and the dispute has been referred under Section 145 Cr.P.C. to the SDM, Mayur Vihar and is listed today itself before the SDM. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition, leaving it open to the parties to seek their appropriate remedies.
