CRL.M.C. 3227/2018 & Crl.M.A.No.11426/2018 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the impugned order dated 17.4.2018 has been filed along with an application for stay of the order passed by the Court of Shri Sachin Gupta, Ld. MM-03, (North) Rohini Court, New Delhi in Cr.C.No.8604/2016, u/s 138 N.I.Act, titled as "Star Gas Service Vs Amitash Gas Service. Heard.

In the present case a compromise was arrived at between the parties on 11th July 1016 as per which the entire payment of Rs.9,50,000/- was to be made by the accused to the complainant before 30th September 2017. The petitioner failed to make the payment and also absented himself from appearing in Court. Non-Bailable Warrants are pending execution against

him. No ground for grant of stay and quashing of order dated 17.04.2018 is made out. Declined.
