By this application the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as a settlement has been arrived at between the parties by virtue of Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 26th May, 2017, copy whereof is enclosed along with the application duly signed by the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Petitioner and respondent No. 2 are present in Court. They affirm the family settlement.

Application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to withdraw the Test. Cas. No.20/2017.
