% 15.11.2017 There is an interim order operating in favour of the petitioner. The ward of the petitioner was directed to continue in the LKG (Nursery) of respondent No. 1 School for the session 2017-18. This court has been informed that the child is presently in the LKG class. The present petition has been premised on the medical condition of the ward of the petitioner; submission was that since the child of the petitioner was a slow learner, she should be allowed to repeat her LKG class. She should not be promoted to the next higher class. As noted supra, there is an interim order which was passed on 27.03.2017 in favour of the ward of the petitioner. Respondent No. 2 has filed his counter affidavit which is

supporting the stand of the petitioner. Respondent No. 2 does not object to the stand of the petitioner. Respondent No. 1 is also represented. It has been informed to this court that the interim order now operating in favour of the petitioner may be confirmed. The interim order dated 27.03.2017 is confirmed. No further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition disposed of.
