% 31.08.2016 By an order dated 27.07.2016, it was proposed to be appointed Mr V. K. Malhotra (Retired, ADJ) as a Sole Arbitrator and the Registry was directed to communicate the said order to him for furnishing the disclosure as required under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996. The learned counsel for the petitioner has today handed over a copy of the disclosure made by Mr V. K. Malhtora (Retired, ADJ). Accordingly, Mr V. K. Malhotra is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes. The fees of the Arbitrator shall be fixed in accordance with the Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The parties shall file their statement of claims/counter claims within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
